[Rhoptrocentrus piceus] Braconid?

Many of these Braconids oviposit in a block of pine tree during the end of september, South France.
The female walks slowly on the block, sometimes stops and moves its ovipositor from left to right. When the spot seems to be interresting, it uses its ovipositor as a rudder for turning to the right or left, making just a few steps. Stops agains, makes a few steps again and so on.
Oviposition can last a least half an hour.
Is it possible to identify it? at least the subfamily?
